When you pay, you interact directly with Stripe's secure checkout. CycleVault never sees or stores your card details, name, or billing address.
📱 Separate from your cycle data
Your payment information and your cycle data are completely separate. Stripe holds billing details. Your health data never leaves your device.
✉️ What we receive
Only confirmation that payment succeeded and your email address — used solely to manage your subscription. Nothing else reaches us.
❌ Cancel anytime
Cancel your Pro subscription any time from Settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No penalties.
Common questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan is not a trial. Period tracking, symptom logging, data export, and all core features are free indefinitely. No credit card, no time limit.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Nothing changes. Your cycle data is on your device and stays there regardless of your plan. Cancelling Pro only removes access to Pro-specific features — your history is untouched.
Will the lifetime price ever come back?
No. The 150 founder spots are a one-time launch offer. Once they're gone, only monthly and annual subscriptions will be available. The lifetime deal will not return at any price.
Do you store my email when I pay?
Stripe collects your email to send payment receipts. We receive it only to manage your subscription. We don't use it for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. EU consumer law gives you 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@cyclevault.app and we'll process it within 14 days.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. Like the free plan, Pro works entirely offline. Your data is on your device. Internet is only needed for the initial payment — never for using the app.
What does the founder lifetime include?
Everything in Pro, now and in the future. Any feature we ever add to the Pro plan is automatically included in lifetime access at no extra charge.
How does the live counter work?
The counter pulls remaining inventory directly from Stripe. We set stock to exactly 150 — Stripe stops accepting payment automatically when it reaches zero. No manual intervention, no way to oversell.
What if I switch devices?
Your Pro access can be restored on any device using the license key shown on your purchase confirmation page. If you've lost your key, email hello@cyclevault.app with your Stripe receipt and we'll recover it for you.
